Consulting
Our approach to roofing consulting is different because our experts possess years of industry experience. We apply our knowledge to the challenges that our clients face every day.
Water Testing
Diagnostic Water Testing can be used to simulate rainfall and other conditions under which leaks occur and to locate the precise entry point of water. Water testing is performed systematically using a scientific approach as well as process of elimination.
Leak Detection
Leak detection can be as simple as dribbling water from a hose or, in matters of litigation, may involve a more formal, standardized process using industry accepted testing protocols and calibrated equipment. In any case, the purpose of diagnostic water testing is to clearly show the cause of the leak.
Property Inspections
Having a roof inspection gives valuable insight into the health of your roof. After a thorough inspection of the interior of the house, the attic, the perimeter of the house, any attached garage and rooftop, then the inspector will create a detailed report specifying any necessary repairs with reliable estimation of cost.
Insurance Loss
If your roof is damaged by fire, hail, or wind, then your home insurance should cover the costs of repairing that damage. If that fire, hail, or wind causes a leak in your roof, then home insurance should cover the cost of repairing the roof and any other damage caused by that leak. We can help you navigate that process.
Drone Inspections with Infrared Imaging
Drone roof inspections are accomplished through piloting a drone equipped with a high-resolution camera into the air and capturing images which are compiled into detailed aerial maps of the inspection subject.

Shingle Roofing Systems
Composite shingle roofing is the most popular of all roofing materials, found on more than 80 percent of all homes. Composite shingles use either an organic or fiberglass base that is saturated with asphalt, coated on the bottom side with asphalt, and the exposed surface impregnated with small chips of slate, schist, quartz, or ceramic granules. The vast popularity of shingles owes to the relatively low cost, easy installation, and decent life expectancy.
TPO Roofing Systems
Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest growing commercial roofing systems on the market. TPO roofing systems are made up of a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim that can be used to cover flat roofs. TPO membranes are manufactured in sheets that are 10, 12 or 20 feet wide. These sheets are then rolled up and taken to the commercial facility. TPO has gained industry acceptance with the natural reflective surface to reflect UV rays. As reported by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) TPO takes up about 40% of the commercial roofing market share.
Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems
- Modifiers are added to standard roofing asphalt to replace plasticizers removed during the distillation process. Bitumen is reinforced with fiberglass or polyester fiber matting in order to increase durability and strength. Benefits of Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems are that they are durable, weather resistant, easy to repair as well as flexible, expanding and contracting.
Built Up Roofing Systems
Built-up roofing, also called BUR, is the most common roofing material used on low-slope roofs. It is composed of alternating layers of reinforcing fabric and bitumen (asphalt) and is finished with a top layer of aggregate, such as stone or gravel. BUR is preferred for low-slope, or “flat,” roofs because it creates a continuous sealed surface. By contrast, roof shingles are not sealed and require a fairly steep roof slope to shed water effectively.
Metal Roofing Systems
Metal roofing is a very popular commercial roof type because there are so many different kinds of metal materials available for use in such a roofing system, including:
- Corrugated galvanized steel
- Aggregates of zinc, aluminum, and silicon-coated steel
- Metal tile sheets
- Copper
- Aluminum
- Stainless steel
- Stone-coated steel
- Tin
- And lead
Tile Roofing Systems
Tile Roofing Systems are one of the oldest roofing styles around today. Tiles are made up of either clay, concrete or a combination of both. They can withstand any climate, including our merciless summer heat, without compromise. Tile roofing systems offer nice esthetics, durability, environmentally friendly, cost effective.
Composite Roofing System
Composite roofing uses a mixture of commonly used roofing materials to allow greater protection from the elements. By definition, it’s the composite of various parts that contribute to the strength of such roofing. Composite roofing is made from asphalt or asbestos shingles, tar paper roofing, slate, shake, laminate, wood, etc. When mixed, these “ingredients” create a superior roofing shingle. The variety of material used allows for a diverse composite shingle. There are composite slate and composite shake shingles, in addition to the regular composite.
Roof Coatings
Roof coatings are seamless and when installed correctly, can solve roof leaks on almost any type of roofing material.
Exterior Restoration
Proper assessment, compatible materials, skill of workmanship, and integrity of the work are all equally critical to exterior restoration relating to roofing systems.
Façade
From the tallest of skyscrapers to smaller buildings, the stressors of sunlight, changing weather, water, building movement and settlement break down and deteriorate building façades causing safety and maintenance issues that can quickly add to the cost of property ownership.
Gutters
Gutters are some of the most underrated components of a home. You may not think about them very often, but they are extremely essential for minimizing water damage to homes exposed to heavy rains. Dryman Construction Group is able to get your gutter repair or replacement done right and in an efficient manner, giving the you priceless peace of mind.
Windows
One of the smartest home improvement projects to tackle is to replace your current windows with newer, more energy-efficient units. Windows that are manufactured today offer more comprehensive benefits in terms of design, style and energy efficiency than those made a few decades ago. And if your existing units are beginning to show signs of deterioration, make sure you hire only a professional to help.
Fencing
Fences are visible parts of your building or home, and they affect the overall look of the place you work or live. While moisture, fire or insect damage can be justifiable reasons to necessitate fence replacement, you may also want to update your fence as a matter of choice rather than requirement.
